Details for your Custom Portrait
After you purchase the listing, send your photo to [email protected], along with your order number. Can’t decide which photo to use? Send a variety and I will pick for you.
Photo Specifications
Photos should be clear and not too dark. Scanned photos are acceptable. If there is an issue with the quality of the photo, you will be contacted. The pictures shown for custom illustrated designs are examples of previous work so you can have an idea of what your final piece will look like. Once you place the order, it means you like my art and agree with my illustrated design style. We take every project seriously and each illustrated design is crafted with great care and detail. By sending your favorite photo you are providing confirmation that you own the rights to the photo and grant the reproduction of the photo to be used in your custom portrait.
Turnaround Time
All custom printed items will be ready to ship within 10 business days, after your photo has been received, if not sooner. Custom digital downloads will be available within 5 business days after your photo has been received.
Shipping
We ship worldwide! All effort will be made to have your item delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you for your understanding of the unknown circumstances that can arise for everyone involved with your order. The postal service can be fickle at times.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our goal. Unfortunately because of the nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless there is damage upon delivery:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
