Allison Posey Design, LLC, an Artistic Graphics and Art Consultation business that specializes in unique photographic illustrative designs and also provides artistic consultation for Professional Design Companies, Individual Customers, and Missions Organizations that reach as far as the continent of Africa. Supplementing over a Decade of Art and Business Management experience, Allison Posey Design, LLC is advertising, promoting, and utilizing timed sales based on seasons, holidays, current events, special occasions, and more. The VP of Operations role is primarily concentrated in Operations, Financials, Statistics, Probabilities, Pricing, and joint business decisions for Advertising, Growth, and Future Expansion.

  • After only eight months in CY 2017, successfully generated >$20k in gross income.
  • Currently on pace to increase that profit by 300% in CY 2018 through increased use in social media advertising via websites such as Facebook. Google, Instagram, and Etsy.

OPERATIONS/PROGRAM MANAGER

Directed and organized an operational program of up to 60 personnel in a healthcare call center environment. Recruited and selected talent, established and drove program performance and expectations, ensuring adherence to compliance, while championing Associate development for the overall Program operations and Client. Ensured the even and efficient flow from 3rd party vendors, to the Associates, to the Client, and then to the Patient was not interrupted and individual healthcare was always maintained.

Key Accomplishments:
  • Invested almost two years into the development of a highly versatile and user-friendly patient database, utilizing the Salesforce Platform and NextGen which doubled team efficiency in a matter of days. Worked across various departments and levels within the company, Client, and contracted 3rd party IT and telecommunication vendors for an unprecedented successful launch, which garnered personal praises from the Chief Operations Officer and President of the Company.  
  • Directed a major co-pay program transition from an outside 3rd party vendor to the company’s internal copay program, which resulted in a more streamlined process and savings of $10M + for both the client and Company.
  • Developed and leveraged a Team Leadership Program to drive performance and morale which resulted in a 60% positive turnover rate for promotions for the Team within the company for Fiscal Years 2017 and 2018.
  • Drove motivation and evolved metrics and goals while navigating a Program record 10% month over month growth.

Program Developer
Managed complicated continuing education projects >$6M for large clients in the local area who were either new to the area or expanding. Discovered independent Client training needs, negotiated contractual terms, ensured the necessary resources were acquired or developed, managed training program implementation, and closed projects once completed. Developed and directed eight continuing education programs to achieve participation and revenue goals for the community college. Responsible for hiring instructors, negotiating salaries, scheduling classes, marketing programs, ensuring that records were kept at 100% and credits were received.  As Program Developer and Manager of the Motorcycle Safety Program, maintained adherence to statewide laws and regulations, scheduling of classes, recruiting for classes, and leading 30+ part-time Motorcycle safety instructors across two locations in the Charlotte Metropolitan area.

Key Accomplishments:
  • Managed eight key client projects who utilized >$1M in state granted funds to educate over 6,000 employees in both hard and soft skills.
  • Coordinated with more than 200 internal and 3rd party instructors to develop and conduct 1000+ courses in the Mecklenburg County area of operation.
  • Utilized numerous Process Improvement Tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Pareto, DMAIC) to reduce in-office project times by 200%.
  • Supervised 50+ part-time educators, teaching continuing education programs to 10,000+ students annually.
  • Executed strategic marketing campaigns that resulted in Central Piedmont Community College being recognized as serving the largest number of North Carolina students in the Motorcycle Safety Program in 2013 and 2014.
  • Created and implemented four original courses of study that resulted in over 300 new college enrollees and $30,000 in revenue.
  • Established efficiency models for record keeping, scheduling, budgeting, organization, and workflow management that resulted in a 98% customer and instructor satisfaction rate.
